THE GREENERY Signs With PROSTHETIC RECORDS

March 3, 2011

Long Beach, California-based miscreants THE GREENERY have inked a deal with Prosthetic Records. The band, whose brand of snotty, metallic hardcore punk rock has drawn comparisons to EVERY TIME I DIE, THE BRONX, DISCHARGE and THE STITCHES, is recording its full-length debut at BuzzBomb Studio in Orange, California with producer Paul Minor (TERROR, H2O, DEATH BY STEREO).

Since forming in 2007, THE GREENERY has toured the entire U.S. several times and has countless regional runs under its belt. The band will hit the road again later this month as part of the "Road to Metal Fest Tour" with LIONHEART, LEGEND, THE GREAT COMMISSION and MONSTERS. The trek will take them to Jamboree Fest in Toledo, Ohio and end at the New England Metal And Hardcore Festival in Worcester, Massachusetts. The band will then work its way back to California on its own.

Commented THE GREENERY: "We're extremely honored to be a part of such a great label and team at Prosthetic Records. We've been tracking the new album with Paul Minor at BuzzBomb Studio and we couldn't be any happier with the chemistry and the form this monster is taking so far. Without all of our friends, fans and family none of this would be possible. See you guys on the road!"
